Chemical composition asmachilca
In its leaves and stems carotene (pro vitamin A), vitamin B (niacin, thiamine and riboflavin), glycosides such as resin, wax, fats, tannins, mucillogues, pectic substances, salicylic acid, saponin, vitamin C, iron, nitrogen, calcium, aluminum and potassium.
